Ceramic injection molding (CIM) is similar to metal injection molding. It prepares the raw material by mixing ceramic powder with a binder, and then uses high-pressure injection molding technology to achieve near-net-shape forming of complex components. This process is particularly suitable for high-precision custom ceramic parts with internal channels, thin walls, and microstructures. Compared with traditional processing, CIM can minimize post-processing procedures and has been optimized for medium to high-volume production.
